Shipping rates and methods

Standard shipping is USPS (US domestic destination). If you require a different method, or international shipping, please contact our office 800-524-5370.

Purchases are charged the following fees for shipping:
–under $25 are charged $5.20
–under $45 are charged $10.95
–$45 and over are charged $14.95

What if there is an error with my order?

Regretfully, we do sometimes make shipping errors or items get damaged in shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call 800-524-5370 and we will send the correct or new product immediately.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund. All returns must be received within 30 days in order to receive credit. When returning the item(s), please pack them tightly enough that nothing moves when the box is shaken. If you return an item to us via the U.S. Postal Service, it is advisable to insure your package. Please send it the mailing address below. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return.
